Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid for a confirmed enrolment or clinic, subject to the timeframes and conditions below. Complimentary seats and partner vouchers are not refundable for cash.

Timeframe

For scheduled cohorts, you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the first live session. Requests received fewer than 14 days before the start may receive a partial refund of 50% if materials have not been released, or a credit toward a later cohort at our discretion.

Full or partial refunds

• Full refund: cancellation at least 14 days before start, or if we cancel a cohort and you decline a transfer.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation inside 14 days when live sessions have not begun and digital packs have not been issued.
• No refund: after the first live session begins, or after self-paced packs for Field Check have been delivered, except where required by Hong Kong law.

Non-refundable items

Completed Map Clinic sessions, custom scenario preparation already delivered for Assurance Circle, and third-party exam or software licence fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@bizautomation.digital with your invoice number, learner name, and programme. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to a new date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that enrolment.

Exceptions

Documented medical or bereavement circumstances may allow a transfer or goodwill credit outside the standard window; decisions are case-by-case and do not create a standing exception.
